2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use 80jl1:
2.4 80jl1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 80jl1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 80jl1 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws, 80jl1 is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your 80jl1 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 80jl1 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 80jl1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4.2 80jl1 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 80jl1 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 80jl1 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 80jl1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. 80jl1 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 80jl1 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 80jl1 is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. 80jl1 may request documentation to verify the source of funds.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 80jl1 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.
6.1 80jl1 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 80jl1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, 80jl1's decision shall be final.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in account review and potential termination.
7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the 80jl1 platform:
7.2 Any violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the 80jl1 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of 80jl1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 80jl1 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 80jl1 content.
8.3 The 80jl1 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 80jl1. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of 80jl1.
9.1 80jl1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the 80jl1 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.2 80jl1 collects personal information including but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, contact details, and financial information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
9.3 80jl1 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
9.4 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 80jl1, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact our support team.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 80jl1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 80jl1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 80jl1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
10.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 80jl1 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. 80jl1's determination in such matters shall be final.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 80jl1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.5 80jl1 strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method after verification.
12.1 80jl1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, 80jl1 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any winnings derived from such conduct. Verified real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 80jl1 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
12.4 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 80jl1 platform shall first be submitted to 80jl1's customer support team for informal resolution. 80jl1 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
13.4 For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.1 80jl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 80jl1 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the 80jl1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
